This page explains what data we collect through this website, why we process it, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights. Personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

What we collect

Quote form: Name, company, phone, email, the services you select, budget range and your message. You provide these yourself; required fields are marked in the form.
Free Analysis: The website address you submit and the report generated from it. Reports live at a shareable link for 30 days and are then deleted. The tool asks for no name or email.
Server logs: IP address, browser information and request time are kept by the web server for security and error tracking.
Browser storage: Your light/dark theme preference stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. A session cookie is used for form security.

Why we process it

To answer your request, prepare a quote and run pre-contract discussions
To deliver our services and keep a record of the work
To keep the site secure and block abuse and spam submissions
To meet our legal retention and disclosure obligations

Legal basis: KVKK art. 5/2-c (performance of a contract), art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). We never sell or rent your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed only as far as the service requires, on the following infrastructure:

Our hosting provider located in Türkiye
Our corporate email provider, to deliver form notifications
Public authorities — only upon a lawful request

How long we keep it

Form records: Up to 2 years after the request is closed; for signed projects, as long as statutory retention periods require.
Analysis reports: 30 days.
Server logs: Up to 12 months.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, and object to processing.

To exercise these rights, write to info@goramedya.com or send a written request to the address above. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only a strictly necessary session cookie for form security and browser storage for your preferences are used. You can clear them from your browser settings; form submission may then stop working.

Changes
